TerryMcK
Duck have you tried StewMac?http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Inlay,_pearl/Tools_and_supplies_for:_Inlay,_pearl_cutting/Carbide_Downcut_Inlay_Router_Bits.html They have them with 1/8" diameter shanks and have adapter for 1/4" routers. They are intended for use in a dremel or similar and I use them to rout out cavities for pearl inlay. Not cheap though Other alternatives are if you are friendly with a local dentist they may be throwing out used dental bits.

Tpt life
I'd look for bits made for rotary cutters (Dremmel type) as router might limit you to bigger sizes. I cannot say what you'll find, just thought to recommend it.
dwacker
Go look at micromark fishtail bits. I bought a set for my grandson they work fine and are inexpensive.
duckkisser
I'd look for bits made for rotary cutters (Dremmel type) as router might limit you to bigger sizes. I cannot say what you'll find, just thought to recommend it. problem with the rottery cutters is that they have blades that are close together so the saw dust backs in and over heats the metal so it get dull faster. tiny router bits only have two blades on them so it cuts and clear the dust out so the metal does not heat up.
