Guillaume Breton
Hello everyone. i dont know the name of these jigs, i know they are sold for 50-60$ but im sure i can make one easily with scraps. i dont know the name either. Its a small frame on which you put your big 20l of lacquer or thinner that tilt just so its easier to pour and so you dont spill half of it on the floor. anyone has a place where i could browse for a model to copy in wood ? or maybe someone made one already and has some tips ! thanks ! Alan Bienlein
I guess your talking about a 5 gallon container of lacquer thinner. If so I just set it up on the bench and tilt it on it's side with the opening at the top to pour without spilling. As you use the liquid up in the container you just roll it to bring the opening lower to allow more to come out but not so much that it blocks off the airflow back into the can.
