wtnhighlander
Then you need this bench. http://www.leevalley.com/US/wood/page.aspx?p=71736&cat=1,41637 Where the heck is one supposed to scatter tools, pencils, and scraps on a bench like that? I'd give myself 3 days of use before finding a dropped chisel stuck into the top of my foot!
RichardA
Then you need this bench. http://www.leevalley.com/US/wood/page.aspx?p=71736&cat=1,41637 Actually, that bench would be worse than the HF... It couldn't hold a thing that is needed when working "on" a bench. Hammers, chisels folding rule, square, pencils, sketches, not to mention coffee cup or beer coozie! It's cute, but even for me it's useless! Oh yeah, and that chisel in the foot thing Highlander mentioned, sorta puts me off it in a rather large way! morganew
I'm more impressed with the work that Veritas was willing to put in for an April Fools bench. Just think how long it takes any of us to build a top!
