Arminius
I have a smallish shop, one of these benches would really open up some space. Could be really good for mortising in particular. http://www.leevalley.com/en/home/page.aspx?p=71736&c=
el capitán
All I will say is that if you get one/build one you better start working on your handlebar mustache. If you do build one I would make is so that it can fold down off the wall and be a "bench top also".

pghmyn
That looks awful. Good luck. My thoughts exactly. I just do not see the pros outweighing the cons on this style.
..Kev
Not something I'd want/use in my shop but, I hope it works well for you. A bit on the spendy side as well.. Good luck.
Guest
I love the "we found the long lost cousin of Roubo's" work bench. I am not a hand tool or work bench afficionado so I am a bit uninformed here. But it strikes me as pathetic, like they are struggling for relevance. Its like when the Beatles hit america then every promoter under the sun had discovered the next new British thing. And the hipster dude takes the cake. Tom King
They get more elaborate every year. One of my favorites was the multiple MKII.

Arminius
They get more elaborate every year. One of my favorites was the multiple MKII. I loved the 'precision story tape', especially the Mesopotamian model. http://www.leevalley.com/en/wood/page.aspx?p=65357&c=

Jfitz
seems a little spendy at $1200, but gravity is included so maybe it's worth it.
