Any benefit to 0.7mm tip over 1.0mm?

I have a Fuji MM4 with 1.0, 1.4, and 1.8 tips. The 1.0 tip works great for waterborne topcoats and shellac. I have yet to spray water-based dyes and see that in my future. Since Fuji discontinued the XPC guns I'm wondering if I should get a 0.7mm tip while I can. Are there any benefits to using this over a 1.0mm tip for certain finishes?

The smaller tip will give you a greater range of control of atomizing the finish of the lighter finish ... In other words you can spray the water based dye with the larger tips it's just that you go from a super light application to a heavy application in a 1/4 turn of the knob where as with the smaller tip ( not suitable for heavy paints or latex etc etc ) it would take a full turn making it a lot easier to fine tune your application .....

I have a 1.3 and 1.8 and I am way to lazy to change setup every time, in general if it's heavy it gets 3 coats if it's light it gets 5 but that's just me :)
