knotscott
FWIW, the only blade that will leave a truly flat bottom kerf is a flat top grind (FTG). Any blade that uses a combination of grinds in addition to a flat raker will leave some degree of "non-flatness" (for lack of a better term), due to the fact that the non-flat teeth protrude slightly higher than the flat teeth. The Freud LU87/LM72, Infinity 010-124/010-024, CMT 201.024.10/202.024.10, Forrest 20T, and Amana RB1020 are examples of good FTG rip blades.
UglySteve
I'll just cast my vote for the forest ww2 with #1 grind. Love it.
