Eric.
I hear they make a pretty good chisel for the price. I've been thinking about getting a set to use as "intermediates"...I have a beater set that I use for nasty stuff, but they're always dull and boogered up with glue and other schmutz...and I'm always wishing I had a decent chisel to do this or that with but I don't want to use my expensive Japanese chisels for. These seem like they'd make a perfect "good beater" set.

G S Haydon
Eric, they make fine beaters, 8105's should do the job.
