Fxguy
Ive got two fenders for a Model-T that I need to hold together to sand them both so they are the same size and shape. I've cut them out of maple and I could use a clamp, but it would be pretty cumbersome as all I have are 12" irwin clamps and the pieces are 2" by 7" by 3/4" and its the 3/4" side that needs smoothing up. I was thinking of tacking them together with some tiny brad tacks but wanted to ask before I did to see if anyone had a better idea?
KenMasco
If you have a flat surface, you can use double sided tape to hold them together
wdwerker
Double face tape gets my vote as well.
..Kev
Mine as well.. In the future, you could build them out of one piece and then saw them apart.

Double sided tape it is! TIODS, A good idea but the plans I'm working off of use 3/4" thick stock to cut the 3/4" thick fenders out of, so I would have to glue and clamp two blanks together and cut them out only to cut the blanks apart again when the pieces are done.
