DaveT
Depending on your sharpening system this article from Fine WoodWorking may help.
wdwerker
I use my Tormec with a similar jig. If you are skilled at compound angle cuts you could make your own jig to hold the blade at the proper angle, but it won't be easy. If you blacken the bevel with a marker you will be able to tell if you are honing the edge correctly to avoid changing the angles.
TerryMcK
I use the Veritas bevel attachment for my MK II. It makes it easier to hone skew chisels but takes a bit of practice and much patience just to get the chisel setup in the jig correctly. You do have to read the instructions very carefully to get it right. Not sure how you would do it with the worksharp if there isn't a dedicated jig for it. It may be better getting the MKII with the bevelling attachment.
ponderingturtle
It strikes me that the table from the wide blade attachment and some form of skew holder would be the best way for the WS3000.
