amateur eric
I'm building a flag case out of purple heart wood to go on the top of a military shadow box. I know the top angle is set for 45°. What angle do I need to cut the ends of the bottom board to match up to my two sides?
Coop
The other two angles are 45 deg. so the other 4 ends will be cut at 22.5 each
h3nry
22.5 deg as mentioned above. But I'm confused as to why you labled these angles "67.5". It looks like the 9.5" and 15.5" dimensions only work if they are internal dimensions, so you will have to remember to cut them from pieces at least 12" long and 17" long if you're using 3/4" wood. It looks like you've only allowed 9.5" and 15.5" in your cutting diagram.
