wdwerker Posted October 29, 2014 Report Share Posted October 29, 2014 I have found that cutting close to the line( freehand) on the bandsaw and then using a router on a pivot gives me a more accurate and smoother circular cut. For multiples I use the router & pivot once to make a template , then band saw blanks and template rout to shave the parts to final size.
