I didn't have much time and I wanted to make it out of materials on hand so I blasted it out one morning using some alder I had laying around. Sometimes it's cathartic to JUST DO IT! Whos helical cutter did you use for the routing ? Good question. I imagine that I bought it from Woodworkers Supply. It's probably a Woodtek.
