trz
Or rectangle. I'm Having a heck of a time with this very basic cut. I have a panel 20"x25" and for the life of me I can't get it square it's always about a 16th out. Now it's too wide to use my miter gauge and I don't have a sled that deep so how can i get this panel cut with four 90s? Can't believe im having this much trouble with this!!! dwacker
You don't need a sled with that small of panel. Run your miter gauge backwards
Tom Cancelleri
Can your table saw fence handle a 25" rip? For a panel that size I'd run it up against a fence. Your fence should be about 3 thou out in the back to avoid "pinching" the piece against the blade.
trz
I ran it threw against the rip fence to get my 20" width, now i need tosquare the ends to the rip, correct? Running an end along the rip fence won't gaurentee a 90 degree if it's not already a 90. Hope I'm making sense!

RichardA
PB nailed it, turn your miter gauge around.
