FlyinFish
Got myself a cute little Delta drill press as a starter setup. It was nearly unused and pretty much brand new for a very good price. I couldn't pass it up and it's just right for what I need for now. I needed to make some sort of table for it, and figured I'd make one with a fence as well. I really liked this design and it didn't require anything fancy. The use of the toilet bolts was also a great idea It's a bit much for this little press, but I figure I can always use it on a bigger press and it was a pretty simple build. wtnhighlander
I was tempted to build one like that for my benchtop press, but thought it would be too large to function. Glad to see you prove the concept works.
Raefco
Very handy unit, I am forever clamping contraptions to mine, maybe I'll build one someday
Coop
Sure neat table and good use for otherwise useless toilet bolts. I bet I have 3 sets that I've kept. Hate to see any thing go down the crapper!
FlyinFish
I got annoyed with clamping things to the table very quickly. This was a bit overkill, but I think I'll make another, simpler, smaller one without the fence and with 2 pieces of 1/2" ply, using the same replaceable sliding center piece design.
