Very likely they came from the same place. The castings for the bed and the tailstock for example, may well be from the very same Chinese foundry. Oftentimes, when a big name tool company such as Jet or Delta orders up parts for a tool, the foundry will run extras, just to make sure that everything meets quality control. The leftovers that don't make the cut get painted a different color and sold under names such as Harbor Freight, Kobalt, Ryobi, etc. Short answer, if it looks the same, it very likely is.
