Gonna have a 12 ft porch/ overhang across the front/long side. I'm still playing around with shop setup on grizzlys site. I do know a few things I will do. 1. Heated and cooled 2. Plenty of power 3. Ample lighting 4. Probably blow my budget out of the water and she'll make me sleep in it.
