Eric.
That's crazy cheap. I do hope that's not the A side in the picture though...not very attractive looking.

Eric.
Yeah my place is at $140. If that's the Purebond stuff made in N. America you got a screamin' deal. If it's Chinese you may find yourself setting fire to it in your backyard. (Or using them as weedblockers.)
wdwerker
If it's chinese use a raking light to closely examine it before you cut. Look for small flaws that will be hard to fix. Be very careful sanding especially near the edges. Sand thru's are a nightmare to fix.
Tom Cancelleri
Not sure where it's made, I didn't inspect the wood as it was just dumped in my shop.
woodhunter31
Wow, how cheap it is! A good deal indeed, I'd like to have the same one.
Tom Cancelleri
It's made in the USA. It's Columbia Forrest Products Purebond walnut ply.
Brendon_t
That seems super cheap to me. I pay $55 at HD for birch ply in 3/
Tom Cancelleri
That seems super cheap to me. I pay $55 at HD for birch ply in 3/4 It was originally 89 a sheet, nobody was buying it. They lowered the price to 79, then nobody bought it. Finally they realized it wasn't selling because the average home depot customer isn't buying hardwood ply, they are buying 2x4s and screws to build rustic furniture. Finally they stopped carrying it, so to clear it out they put it in clearance.
kevinmallick
Man... I wish. It's about $95 a sheet at our hardwood dealer in Seattle. But they have really nice wood too. So its probably worth that price. I went to two different big box stores this week to get some 3/4 Birch ply for jigs and shop stuff and they want almost $60 a sheet for it. It's not straight and the surface is a mess. I think I'm going to order online. How sad is that?
