Jim DaddyO Posted May 19, 2015 Report Share Posted May 19, 2015 I am not sure exactly what it's original purpose was, but it looks ideal for setting blades on a jointer. Increments are to .001" and the dials turn to zero it out when the 4 feet are on the table. Not sure what the screw on top does, there is a spring under it and I didn't go any further.
