woodbutcher74
You could have cut out reindeer and used them for pulls and door handles. Beautiful work.

Popular Post Eric.
This is such a badass piece, Mel, looking at it again. I so wish the top wasn't live edge (and walnut instead of oak), but everything else is really killer. Has a great look, well proportioned, love the maple, pulls are perfect. Look at this thing...

Eric.
Just now, Chestnut said: What about the metal drawer slides? Yeah I don't approve of that, but it was a commission so it's kind of a different deal. If it was a piece for Mel's own home I'm confident he would do the right thing and use wood slides. If I didn't say it, you'd think they were on magic invisible slides. And yes, soft close Blum slides were specified, and are brain dead simple to install. Especially with the Blum jig. Stop being silly 22 hours ago, Eric. said: wood slides Nope! #softclose4life!
Coop
I don't remember my wife's birthday but remember this! I was but a virgin on this site at the time and I'm still impressed! If only you hadn't succumbed to tacos as your first point of interest!
