Immortan D
It's a pantorouter. Mathias Wendel has lots of videos about it. He also made his own version out of wood.
wtnhighlander
In fact, that machine looks like one made from Matthais' design. I believe there is a guy in Japan building them from aluminum, for sale.
wdwerker
It's similar to the " MatchMaker" that WoodWorkers Supply sells for around 1k.

collinb
I look at the equipment built from wood and three thoughts cross my mind: 1. It's alt cheaper to built it yourself. If your time is not worth anything, that is. Sometimes that's the case. 2. it's going to take a lot of time. I could spend all my life building jigs and tools ... 3. That wood stuff sure is bulky. wtnhighlander
I'm pretty sure Matthais does thay stuff because a. He loves the engineering challenge. b. He enjoys working with wood. c. He lives in Canada, therefore nutty by definition. My definition, anyway...anyone living at a latitude where water is solid more often than liquid, must be a nutcase. (apologies to all you friendly Canadians. Just a goid ol' Southern boy having a little fun, heh? )
