Brendon_t
I'm in the appropriation phase of my bench and really like the more traditional look of the handled vise over the wheel. The wooden screw is a bit too traditional so the BC classic seems like a shoe in. Anybody made their bench with this hardware? Does the detent hold well enough to spin it closed when centered? Eric.
Oh, dude. The wheels are the coolest part of the BC hardware. No wheels, no point.
Brendon_t
Are you saying that purely on aesthetics? The hand wheels just don't do it for me.
Eric.
Form and function. The wheels stay out of your way unlike the bar on a classic vise, and it makes opening and closing the vise faster and easier. How do you not think they look awesome? That's like saying Scarlett Johansson just doesn't do it for you. Takes an odd bird...

Gary
Yeah Brendon, keep in mind that the hand wheel sort of acts as a flywheel. It's pretty dang sick.

Eric.
Lost in Translastion...I'd post a pic of my favorite scene but then I'd have to ban myself. There's underwear involved. Use your memory.
Immortan D
Yeah right at the start of the movie. But "Under the skin" will give you a lot more to remember.
