Stephen Prunier
I shipped two of my saws to L.N. last Wed. to have them sharpened. One of them (tapered carcass) had some deep scratches in the blade, and quite a bend in it. I asked if they could show it some love, and I'd pay them extra. Today I received my saws back. They are SHARP, and the damaged saw looks brand new. If I didn't know better, I would swear they swapped out the blade for a new one!!!!!! Oh, and I was only charged for the resharpening, nothing more. I know there's still a few, really great tool makers out there. It's service like this that keeps me a loyal customer. The cost was $25 each, plus the cost of shipping them to L.N. They paid for the return shipping.Did I say I was
CStanford
Probably is brand new...Their pricing looks about like break-even to me. That's great. If they're making money off the sharpening service it isn't all that much.
Brendon_t
That's pretty sweet. I love me a good customer service story, unfortunately, they are getting increasingly more rare.
