Waterproofing reclaimed redwood?

I'm building two 4x8 sliding barn doors out of reclaimed redwood.  These barn doors will be used as separators in a bathroom/laundry room so they will be exposed to steam, humidity changes, and occasional splashes of water.

I've had all the wood cut, planed, and sanded into the pieces that I need.  Now I need to waterproof these doors and then assemble them.

What products and process would I use to maintain the stunning beauty of this wood while protecting it.  Ultimately I want the finish to be a satin or semi-gloss look.  THANKS!

I would use Arm-R-Seal, since I use it on everything else. It changes the color very little. Definately don't use the stuff recommended for fences and decks, like Thompsons or Australian Timber Oil by Cabot, as it will give it an orange color.

You don't need to waterproof them.  It's not going to be submerged in water or exposed to outdoor elements...and even if it was, redwood is a naturally rot-resistant species in the raw.  No finish can totally prevent wood movement, so build with movement in mind and carry on with whatever finish you fancy.  I'd listen to Coop and slap some ARS on them.  Easy peasy and plenty of protection for interiors, even bathrooms.  Someone will disagree with this...and I disagree with them.  I have pieces in both of my bathrooms finished with ARS.  They're fine.
