JosephThomas
I'm not familiar with this brand, it must be very high end...? Price seems awfully steep to me even with the discount, I have one of the black and orange sets with similar specs, and it was less than half this price. Is there something particular that makes this a great set? I'm genuinely curious, as I'm relatively new to high-end woodworking tools.
wdwerker
Fein made one of the first osselating multi tools . Very old quality tool company. Austrian , German , Swiss. somewhere around there I think.
Beechwood Chip
Black and Decker make low cost tools aimed at the hobbyist and do-it-yourselfer market. I would recommend them for someone who needs a drill in the house for occasional projects, but will leave it on the shelf most of the time. I have a Black and Decker as a backup drill ("you can never have too many cordless drills"), but mostly use DeWalts. I paid as much for my DeWalt combo kit as this Fein deal, and I was happy with the price. I'd snap this deal up in a second, except that my tool budget has been spent for the next year.
