Immortan D
I made this vise based on the Veritas Surface Vise, with a few improvements. The main problem with the Veritas is that it takes so much workbench space, and I can't afford that since my workbench is already too short. It costed me nothing, I made it using parts from a $20 work table I disassembled long ago to make my miter saw stand, and some plumbing parts I had laying around. I'm very happy with this vise, it gets the job done for what I need it for.The vise:
