PWRFULZ3R0
My wife and I bought our first home at the end of October and it looks like a done deal. I say that because the last deal we had on a home fell through after inspections. This passed with flying colors.I was sold when I saw the garage, it's 32'x20' 2 car garage with an additional 14'-9 x12'-3 workshop off of it. All of which is under the home. One of the first things I'd like to do before we even move in is have the garage floor epoxy painted by a pro, but winter is coming and I hear it doesn't install great with a cold floor. Other things that need done are running a sub panel and circuits, installing LED light fixtures, and painting. I probably won't do it this winter, but I'll need to figure out what to do about heating it as well. The most exciting thing for me is I'm finally going to have space for a jointer and a bandsaw! wdwerker
Congrats ! New shop is a lot of work. White or light colored floor does help with visibility, especially below grade. Any Windows to the backyard ?
PWRFULZ3R0
Thanks! No windows whatsoever except for the garage doors. It's a poured foundation too, so it's not going to be easy installing some.
