Brendon_t Posted January 29, 2016 Report Share Posted January 29, 2016 All 3 of those are trout. The center one had the color and bill hook of a salmon cross. All three of those lived to swim another day. I stringered out with 3.5 pounders which I prefer for eating. They make great steaks and filet easily. It was a pretty awesome day. Really jealous the only fish we get here that are worth their salt are northern pike Perch and Walleye. I wonder how a biscuit breaded fried fillet would taste?
