weelis
I have a question re the mj splitter. How does one kinow which thickness splitters to use? They range from zero to 9/1000 in thickness. That is the amount of pressure it exerts against the keeper board pushing it up against the fence and preventing kick back. How do I determine whic h splitter to use? thanks!!
Gixxerjoe04
How thick the blade you're using.
weelis
Using 1/8 kerf blade.
Brendon_t
Then you use full kerf size, what I believe your asking is the positive pressure side. I starated at zero and worked up until it got too tight then backed off one.

wdwerker
I have both sets to use with standard and thin kerf blades . I use the ++ ones when ripping and the cut keeps closing up more than the lesser ones can deal with. So I agree with Brendon.
rodger.
I use a thin kerf blade, and use the yellow system. I use the 0 setting.
Tom King
I think I have all the different variations, and mounting jigs, new in packages in my "table saw" toolbox. I'm sure I won't ever use them. I don't even know what they cost . Anyone need them, send me an offer.
