superman911_usmc
Hello all, My name is Scot and I currently reside in North Texas. I have been out of the Marine Corps since 2003 and I'm just getting into wood working and learning to make longbows with only hand tools and natural materials. I'm always appreciative of any advise and encouragement. Good luck and Semper Fi!!!

Brendon_t
What's up Moto. Welcome to the forum. Lots of good info here. Other good info can be had on building stick bows on archery talk if you're willing to weed through the BS. A few of us are members there as well but we're wheel bow types. What unit were you with? I was 1/4. Out since 2010.

Yeah, I didn't know about it either until my last six months there. It was over in main side tucked back behind the lemon lot.
