I think we should measure everything in cubits from now on. Forget feet and inches or millimetres and metres - cubits are the future.

1 cubit is about 18" or "The cubit is an ancient unit based on the forearm length from the middle finger tip to the elbow bottom."

Thanks Dave. We are now but almost weren't this morning. We only got 5" of rain in 8 hours where parts of nw Houston got 10-11".

Dodged the flood myself, but strangely did lose power on Tuesday even though it barely rained at my house.  I know a few people who were a lot less fortunate though.
