rodger.
Was at Lee Valley today getting some ct26 vac bags (seeing as they are 15% off), and came across this jig kit. It's got a zillion pieces (well 149 to be exact) and was only 50 bucks! I feel like a kid that just got a new Lego set! The possibilities are endless! I wish I would have bought this kit before I made my over arm TS dust collection unit. I paid 4 dollars per wing nut, and this came with a bunch of them! ..Kev
I bought a Rockler set a couple years ago and still have quite a few of the parts. They sure come in handy when you want to build a jig or something for the shop!

Brendon_t
Sweet man I bought a 1/4"x20 hardware kit like that a while ago. A bunch of knobs, bolts of differing length. It didn't have threaded inserts or the stopped inserts.
Cliff
Been wanting to buy one of those. Lowes always has those things - for a lot more money - but they'll have like 3 knobs when I need 4. Every time.
gee-dub
I also have that and a plastic shoe box for other 1/4" x 20 and 5/16" x 18 jig parts. You will find many uses for them. I have used some parts on jigs over and over again on setups that get torn down after a period of use. I will find myself trying to do something of wanting a better way to do something and I think "ah-ha! I have something that I can do that with". They're great to have around. I still never know whether to be filled with jealousy or pity for folks who can "walk in" to a Lee Valley store ;-)
pkinneb
Nice haul! I have a question for those north of the boarder regarding Lee Valley stores. I am going to the Wooden Boat School for a couple of classes this fall and thought I might go through Canada on the way out. are all the Lee Valley stores the same or is there like a main store? I will becoming through Detroit, Toronto, etc to Maine.
