gee-dub
Just a share in case it might give someone an idea. I have a block of wood with a hole cut into it that accepts a Shop Vac sized coupler. The block also has a couple of t-bolts that mount it to the track in my DP table. The "stay put" style hose . . . well . . . stays put pretty well. I have nozzels for it but, find the open end o f the 2-1/2" hose works as well as anything. I use a Rockler style fence on the router table, a router sled and have this similar one for the DP. This made the Rockler DP fence dust port thing-a-ma-bob a no-brainer when I happened to stop in and catch it on sale. Before this I just stuck the hose near the gap in the fence for that type of collection. I have a variety of stop blocks and holddowns. I have three different fences for different tasks, This is the one that came with the table. I made a fixture for close-in work which has come it quite handy for small items like pulls. To avoid rambling on to the point where I lose my audience, I'll stop here.
