Kreg Framing Machine, $500. It's a production environment so it's been well-used.  Yesterday I got a DW708 from them for parts. [Mine has a broken housing.]  I bought their unit and just moved my motor over & cleaned it up.)  They've also got a panel saw for $200, a couple of larger dust units, a Jet contractor saw, and a metal lathe.
