Tom Crawford
For those that use these products you should check out this Homeland Security notice. https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/alerts/TA16-187A
Tom King
I quit dealing with them years ago. My computer picked up a virus that came by their stuff, and they wanted 90 bucks to take the virus off. I just booted in safe mode, downloaded Spyhunter, and cleaned it myself. I've been running Stopzilla, and Spyhunter since then with no virus problems.
Cliff
I can't tell you how often I remove those products from computers and replace with nod32. It's half the price, works way better and is not a resource whore.

Cliff
I guess I don't have one. I've heard nothing bad though. When the person I'm fixing the computer for doesn't want to pay $30/year or a paid product is not really the answer, I tend to use AVG free and keep Malware Bytes on their machine. I instruct them to run the scans once in a while and update them and also pop in every once in a while and run Ccleaner (or if they can do it, even better.)
