WoodPlusMore
Hey everyone! I went on a trip to Disneyland recently, and decided I wanted to take a piece home with me, so I re-created the Silly Symphony sign in Disney California Adventure! I first made the graphics using photoshop and iDraw. I created the sign using some extra pieces of pine and plywood I had lying around the shop. I put the sign together using spray adhesive on the blown up image to the plywood and then I chopped to size. I then cut and dadoed the side framing pieces and glued and nailed it all together! To hand it on the wall I used a french cleat for the first, which worked out pretty great! Hope you enjoy, let me know what you think! Video on it being made!https://youtu.be/oKojXx0ixaY
Elroy Skimms
One of these days I need to learn how to draw in Photoshop. My wife would love for me to make a few things like this in the playroom for the kids. -E
