Popular Post Isaac
So I made this little guy for my son to dry his hat and mittens at the end of the day of playing in the snow. Just use a compass and eyeballed all dimensions, he's about 16" tall. It was fun to do a little free hand band saw work. I chose a snowman so the design "works" even after Christmas has passed, (ie. no Santa). My wife seems to like it more than all my other projects combined, despite this using only random plywood scraps and taking about 30 minutes to produce! who knew?
Denette
That's a fun idea! Looks like something you'd buy at Hobby Lobby.

This morning when he took his hat off, he decided the snowman would get cold, so he went and found a different hat to put on the snowman until he got home from school! I know it is just a little slap together project. Just to make everyone feel a little better, I did use a dowel jig on it, and it has an antique white milk paint from general finishes on it.
