Has anyone heard any more news about the WIA conferences this year? I would like to go this year, but last year I left thinking "Am I a better woodworker after attending?" I am thinking of going to a week long class at one of the many woodworking schools instead of WIA, but I'd rather make a decision with all of the information, like what they are having at each of the conferences. Unfortunatley, the woodworking schools tend to fill up fast, and I don't know if I can wait until they "revea" what is going to be at Cincinatti and Pasadena.
If anyone knows more specifics about either of the WIA venues, it would help a lot.

I'm probably gonna go to the Pasadena one, but have not yet heard of any classes/seminars yet. I am taking a bending class in the beginning of June. I can't wait!! It's at the Port Townsend School of Woodworking with Seth Rolland.

There has been a little bit of news on the two different conferences. David Marks and The Schwarz will be in Pasadena, Chris Buchanan and The Schwarz will be in Cincinnati.

It shouldn't be too much longer, we're waiting for a few signatures on contracts. The complete line up will be an impressive group. Keep your eye on the PopWood blog, or sign up for the Woodworking in America Newsletter and you'll be among the first to know.

Here's a scoop for ya. I'll be at the Pasadena conference.
Paul-Marcel, you're going to be at which one, or maybe both? I'm getting a lot of pressure to head to Cinci also.

I will not be going to either, but I look forward to what people have to say about their time at either one.

- I've gone every year to the ones in the East, and always had a great time.
