What dado blade do you use, and what are the pro's and con's?

Mibro 8"
Pros: Inexpensive, gets the job done, comes in a nice wooden box
Cons: bottom of dado is not perfectly flat.

I bought a second one to see if it was just a random defect, but the second one had the same problem (I returned it).
