Oh right, due to timing, I had to take my wife’s minivan to pick it up. I assumed it would come in boxes, but it was an integrated box/pallet. The shop doesn’t have a forklift, so the only way to get it in the van was to slide it in on the cardboard side.

I remember this fact from when I put mine together.  I wish I lived closer, I'd have come over to help.   You never did explain why it was upside down.

I do use good lifting techniques, I just meant that I don’t want to let the tool drop!

Best wishes! Something that is always on my mind. 2 weeks ago I had a lapse of clear thought and found myself in a vulnerable spot. No blood. But I let myself be exposed. I knew it was stupid and I had a long talk with myself. By you brining this mishap to us is a favor. It adds to my thinking. I have decades of experience too.
