Sorry I missed this. Got it (kit with charger and 2 batteries) and another bare tool for $200 total.
I really like it! I had high expectations and it has exceeded them! The way to grip it mentioned in another thread (I think?) is definitely the way to go.
That is the one I have been looking at the most.
Sometimes I get to thinking about the next "fun" project and get lazy with things like this. Then the next time I am in the middle of a project and in need of it the process starts all over.
When four new batteries gave the same result, I began to suspect the charger. On a whim I wiggled a bit on a battery and put what I would consider was a substantial amount of force on it, and it seated. I think one of the three blades on the charger was out of alignment and was holding the batteries from seating. All seems normal now.
