Appears to be a hybrid Type 4 / Type 5 -- But using mixed parts, along with a newer Stanley Iron.
May not be an actual Stanley at all...though almost all the features of the Frog and the Frog Reciever match that of a Type 4, but the plane number (No. 5) is cast into the bed in front of the knob.
Who knows for sure.
