I'm looking for a fast way to do marquetry, and find this electronic cutter, zing, which is capable of cutting veneer and lightweight wood,
In this video, Zing cuts a 2mm balsa,

Anyone ever used these heavy duty cutters on veneers? I'm afraid something like burl veneer will get ripped apart or cracked. Also, will the direction of the wood grain affects the accuracy of the cut?
