I'm retired; rarely worked with my hands during my career (PhD in statistics, so most of my work was desk/computer work.)  

The attitudes on this forum seem refreshing and positive.  I almost hate to ask who's the nazi behind the curtain, but contributors, for the most part, are fun, informative and unobjectionable.
