  1. Thanks. That's what I was thinking too. I guess this is the press for me.
  2. Does anybody make it better drillpress than the powermatic one? The features it has that I like are the 6 inch throw, the easy speed adjustment, and the laser alignment.
  3. Keep in mind that you will need ample space behind the jig for long drawer fronts when doing half blind dovetails.
  4. Can't beat the Forrest Dado King.
  5. I'll just cast my vote for the forest ww2 with #1 grind. Love it.
  6. I have that exact saw. She's my baby. You will love it. Congratulations.
  7. Don't you want to set your pivot point at half the diameter of the circle being cut? Three inches from center to blade equals 6 inch circle.
  8. I have enjoyed my ridgid 6" ROS. Also my old dewalt 5". The newer dewalt not so much. My Bosch 5" is terrible. It's almost impossible to control.
  9. Now if only I can find a Rolex 150 or a kapex for around $100.
  10. We all know how hard it is to find a Festool tool for less. I finally did it. I pounced on a Craigslist ad for this ETS 150/5 sander for $69. It's in excellent shape and works flawlessly. Color me super stoked. So don't despair, bargain hunters. Deals can be had even on Festool. Steve

I use a Dental compressor. This model has a sound cover so it's plenty quiet. It also has a dryer and a purge tank. Works great. It only pumps up to 110psi, but that's fine for me. The ONLY problem with dental compressors is the price. Expect to pay $4000-6000 for one. :/
