As it is very involved and may be of use to other members I decided to post a copy along with my reasoning at the outset. I do not pretend to be an expert and please don't shout too loud if I've got things wrong. Remember this thing is specific to my needs only. It does however show how I arrived at my figures and should be easily adaptable to yours. It is not exhaustive as much of what I do cannot be easily set out for each and every occasion, but it does give me a good place to start. Most jobs even when fitting in to my spreadsheet will require a little tweaking. See what you think.
