The Deals Thread

It's only the time factor that prevents me building shop furniture...I've built my share.  I have so little shop time, sometimes I just can't justify it.  And Gladiators are cool.  And not too expensive when purchased on sale. AND there's enough plywood in my shop already...it could use a little change of scenery here and there. :)

You haven't played cup and ball, until you played the Festool CB-5 cup and ball $595 (Ball and sustainer sold separately)

Kind of feel like a jerk now, looking back at my post.  Sorry, Mark.   The one and only Festool I can't ever see myself buying is a drill.  Just can't make that leap.  There are so many perfectly ad

Good price on a decent vac if anyone is looking for a second or third for dedicated use like SCMS collection or similar.  Deal of the day on AZ...ends in 11 hours at the time of this posting, so hurry if you want it.

It's a brand I've never heard of but that doesn't necessarily mean it's crap.  Has good reviews but you have to assume most people use a shop-vac in ways that don't push their limits like we woodworkers do.

Only other factor - if MSRP actually means anything - the yellow one is a much better deal because it retails at $220 and the blue one retails at $130...if MSRP means anything.  I'll leave that up to you to decide.

Anybody use this? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F9TE06M/ref=gbmh_mob_s-3_3582_d6d1cf19?dealid=d6d1cf19&pf_rd_p=1970443582&pf_rd_s=slot-3&pf_rd_t=35801&pf_rd_i=18&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0MFHQMAJRGNBKGJ2DMVK

PC has a good reputation and the price is one of the better I have seen but so many company jumped in on the oscillating tool market without goo integrity. I have often considered buying in my home rehab life.
