wdwerker
Are you asking about the tray lifter mechanism ? I did a quick search and didn't see it offered in Lee Valley's hardware section.

Dave H
Looks like something that would be pretty specific to what size trays you where building, looking at the picture you provided I think you could make the swing arm tray hinges out of hard wood and, use some sort of rivet to attach to your trays. I think you would have to assemble with the trays stacked on top of each other as that would be the critical orientation you could mock something up making only one half using scrap wood to fashion the sides of the tray and the swing arm tray hinges a couple brads as pivot points and, design on the fly till you find a configuration that works. Dave H
Hey Pbmaster check out these for rivets http://www.leevalley.com/US/hardware/page.aspx?p=40386&cat=3,41306,41327
wdwerker
You could buy some brass strip stock and make your own. Small screws or rivets to attach the trays. Maybe study a tackle box and figure out the relationship of the tray size to the arm length . Then scale up or down to your projects needs. Atk7v3
I joined just to put the answer up. The hinge like those used in many tackle boxes are cantilevered hinges. It was driving me nuts that it would be so difficult to find the name of a hinge like in a tacklebox online. Hope this saves a lot of people a lot of time:)
