ffs1973@gmail.com
Hello. I have what i meen is a good table saw (se the link) But the splitter and guard is not good. I just saw a episode of "american woodshop" (my first time and a bit of a let down after beeing used to TWW) Any way, he has a nice splitter and blade guard on his table saw. I saw it in this episode (http://video.pbs.org/video/1638119676 ) Is there some one who can give me a good site to buy this one or something like it. (in the us ofcourse) I also think that deltaporter-cable advertised a aftermarket splitterguard but i can't find it on their net page. Hope somebody know how and where to buy. Best regards T.Robertsen

PaulMarcel
I forgot the link to my machine: http://www.felder-sw...ofessional.html You might want to try posting your question to the FOG as well. As in Felder Owners Group (not the other one You have to sign up to read anything or post. Two guys I know with Felders say it has good information. Vic
Also, if you have that machine, it accommodates a riving knife, which provides a much better method of safety.
BorkBob
Mine is not quite ready for the market but I am developing an overhead dust collecting blade guard. I'll keep you posted. PaulMarcel
Also, if you have that machine, it accommodates a riving knife, which provides a much better method of safety. But he wants a better blade guard and splitter; a riving knife doesn't have a guard.
Vic
well..I'd keep the riving knife and get an over arm blade guard. I would think there'd be one that would fit that. Here's what I have http://www.woodcraft.com/Product/2021140/24729/Excalibur-Over-Arm-Blade-Cover.aspx
