ChrisG-Canada
Is anyone attending any woodworking trade shows this year? I'm new to this so is there are particular show that is considered to be the best, etc.? Anyone going to the woodworking show in Detroit this weekend - Feb 13-15, 2015 (http://www.thewoodworkingshows.com/webapp-shows/detroit)? I'm in Canada but Detroit is only a 1 hour drive so I might go check it out.
mikem
I went to the Columbus show a couple weeks ago. It was decent, and a few deals to be had. Later this year I am going to be attending Handworks in Amana Iowa.

ResidentEvil
AWFS is in Vegas this July. Anyone know much about that one? Would I get much out of it from a small garage hobbyist type setup?
ColinF
I went to the indianapolis show in January, it was a lot smaller than it used to be, but I think all these shows are going that way. They had some good deals on stationary power tools, but most things were full price or close to it.
