The ergonomics are fantastic. The adjustments are smooth and repeatable. I can truly find no fault with this plane. Worth it... That's a personal question... Quite honestly, the cost doesn't bother me. So, worth it to me, yes. It would be hard for me to say if it's worth it to someone else. Figured I should just post something here...I still really like the plane. I haven't gotten to use it as much as I'd like to due to other projects I have to tackle at the moment. On the things I've needed it for, it really did a great job. Better than another tool? Maybe, maybe not... It makes me smile every time I see it... Hard to put a price on that! Well, BCTW put a price on it... You get the idea!In the end, it's really about supporting an American company that makes exceptional tools.
